Who can access the Transaction Portal?
The Transaction Portal is accessible to both Constituents and Alpine database users.
Constituents
Constituents can access the Transaction Portal by going to pinecone.humanitru.com/portal. After navigating to the Transaction Portal page, Constituents will enter the email address associated with their transaction history with the organization (e.g., donations, membership payments). This triggers an authentication link to be sent to the Constituent's email inbox. They will then click on the link inside of the authentication email to access the Transaction Portal, at which point they can view past and future transactions made to the organization.
Alpine Users
Alpine database users with Admin permission levels can view the transaction history of any Constituent within their organization’s database.
Can Constituents use the Transaction Portal to change the date of a recurring donation or membership payment?

Can I view the Transaction Portal on my phone?
Yes, the Transaction Portal is optimized for mobile devices, making it easy for Constituents to access their donation history and manage upcoming transactions on the go.
What if I’m a membership-based organization? Does the Transaction Portal allow my Constituents to view their membership payments too? Can the Transaction Portal only handle Donations?
The Transaction Portal can be used to view both donations and membership transactions.
Will the Transaction Portal match my organization’s colorway and branding?
Yes. Your organization’s Transaction Portal will automatically match the colorway of your existing Pinecone donation and membership pages.
Can Constituents update their phone number or other personal information in the Transaction Portal?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, Constituents can only use the Transaction Portal to update their payment method.
Can I set up new recurring payments like a pledge schedule using the Transaction Portal?
The current iteration of Humanitru's TransactionPortal cannot be used to set up a recurring payment schedule.
