Who has access to Stewardship Automation?

Access to the Stewardship Automation interface is limited to users with Admin permission levels in the Alpine database. To learn more about role-based security, please refer to our comprehensive article available here.

 

What happens if I delete a Touchpoint that already has scheduled Actions?

When you delete a Touchpoint that already has scheduled Actions, the scheduled Actions themselves are not deleted. However, they will not be automatically sent after the approval period ends and will remain as an "Unverified" Action. 

 

Is it possible to remove the Stewardship Automation Campaigns from my Alpine database?

Campaigns created by a Touchpoint are system-generated and cannot be deleted from your Alpine database.

 

Is it possible to connect multiple email accounts to Stewardship Automations?

In the current version of Stewardship Automation, you are only able to connect one email account.

 

What does it mean when Actions have an "Error" Campaign attached to them?

An "Error" Campaign refers to a system-generated Campaign that indicates that there is at least one issue associated with the Action. The error could be due to a variety of reasons such as an integration is not connected or there are formatting issues with the content you intend to send out (e.g. an email that is missing personalization).

Do I need to create my own accounts integrations before I can start using Stewardship Automations? 

Yes, before you can begin sending automated messages to constituents, it is necessary to create and connect your own accounts to Stewardship Automations

 

What happens if I surpass the maximum number of processed Actions allowed in my subscription tier?

When the maximum number of processed Actions allowed in your subscription tier is surpassed, the scheduled Actions will still be created but they will not be processed. Instead, an error message will occur. It is important to note that these unsent Actions will not be automatically resolved or sent out.
