Using the List Widget for Task Management in Alpine
The List widget on your Dashboard can be used to track assigned tasks. To set up a new List widget
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click the Add Dashboard Widget button
- Select List Widget from the dropdown
Filtering Tasks in Alpine
Once your List widget is configured, you can tailor it to display only the tasks that are pertinent to you. Utilize the Assignee dropdown to filter for Actions assigned to you. Additionally, the Creator dropdown allows you to view Actions based on who created them, making it easier to focus on tasks from a specific manager or team.
The screenshot below illustrates all unverified phone calls that are assigned to the user, David Perry.
Common Use Cases
- Donor Stewardship - Monitor your assigned tasks related to donor stewardship activities, including unverified meetings, phone calls, and emails sent to constituents as part of your moves management strategy.
