This article covers the steps to change the date of a recurring transaction using Humanitru's Transaction Portal.
Once logged into the Transaction Portal, Constituents can view their transaction history as well as any upcoming scheduled transactions. If a Constituent would like to change the recurring date of their next transaction, they can follow these steps.
- From the Transaction Portal, find the future transaction to edit.
- Click Change Next Payment.
- Click the Change Recurring Date tab.

Click on the Calendar icon.
- Select the new date for the next donation to be processed.
- Finally, click Change Recurring Date to update your changes.
- A confirmation screen will appear confirming that your recurring payment has been successfully updated.
