This article covers how Alpine users can access the Transaction Portal.
Background
Alpine users can access the Transaction Portal either from the Header dropdown in their Alpine database or directly from a Constituent profile.
Alpine Header Dropdown
To access the Transaction Portal from the Header dropdown, follow these steps.
- Log in to your Alpine database.
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- From the drop-down menu, click Go to Transaction Portal.
- Once clicked, you will be directed to the Transaction Portal page.
- Enter the Constituent's primary email address in the search field.
- Click Lookup to trigger an authentication link to be sent to their email inbox.
Alpine Constituent Profile
Admin users can also access the Transaction Portal of an individual Constituent directly from a Constituent profile. To view a Constituent’s transaction history using the Transaction Portal, follow these steps.
- Log in to your Alpine database.
- Use the Search Bar at the top of the screen to type in the name of the Constituent whose transaction history you want to view.
- Click on the name of the Constituent.
- Once you have navigated to the correct Constituent profile, click View in Transaction Portal on the left-hand side of the page. This will direct you to the Transaction Portal where you can view the Constituent's full transaction history.
