This article covers how Constituents can access their transaction history using Humanitru's Transaction Portal.
Constituents can view their transaction information by going to the Transaction Portal page. After navigating to the Portal page, Constituents will be asked to enter the email address associated with their transactions and click Lookup.
NOTE: The authentication link inside the authentication email expires after five minutes. If you attempt to click the link after five minutes, you will be asked to request a new authentication link.
An authentication email (see screenshot below) containing a link to the Transaction Portal will then be sent to the email address that was entered.
An alternative way to access the Transaction Portal is by clicking the Transaction History link embedded in the authentication email sent to the Constituent’s inbox.
Clicking the Transaction History link will redirect the Constituent to the Transaction Portal page, where they can enter their email address to trigger an authentication email to be sent to their inbox.
