# How to access the Transaction Portal as a Constituent

## This article covers how Constituents can access their transaction history using Humanitru's Transaction Portal.

Constituents can view their transaction information by going to the [Transaction Portal](http://pinecone.humanitru.com/portal) page. After navigating to the Portal page, Constituents will be asked to enter the email address associated with their transactions and click **Lookup**.

**NOTE:** The authentication link inside the authentication email expires after five minutes. If you attempt to click the link after five minutes, you will be asked to request a new authentication link. 

 

An authentication email (see screenshot below) containing a link to the Transaction Portal will then be sent to the email address that was entered.

An alternative way to access the Transaction Portal is by clicking the **Transaction History** link embedded in the authentication email sent to the Constituent’s inbox.

Clicking the **Transaction History** link will redirect the Constituent to the Transaction Portal page, where they can enter their email address to trigger an authentication email to be sent to their inbox.
