This article covers how Evergreen users can remove processing fees from offline closeouts.
If the processing fee has been automatically added as a line item, follow these steps to remove the fee:
- Log in to your Evergreen account.
- Navigate to the Events page and click the Manage Events on this Tab button.

- Click the Reservations / Slots tab.

- Find the attendee(s) that you want to remove the processing fees for and click the Manage Reservation icon.

- Click Undo Check In.

- Under the Opted-In to Cover Processing Fee? dropdown, select Declined to Cover Automatically.

- Click Save & Check In.
The processing fee will now be automatically removed as a line item.
