How do I process a refund?

To refund a donation, please contact your payment processor directly, or utilize the processor's customer portal to initiate the refund. Humanitru does not store credit card data and can not process a refund on your behalf. 

Once refunded, email support@humanitru.com with the full name, email address, donation amount, and donation date associated with the transaction you're refunding, and our team will delete the transaction from your Humantiru database. Simply deleting the action from your database will not prevent it from being pushed back in nightly.

Having our support team delete it for you is the only way to permanently remove it from your database.
