Discontinuing Service With Your Payment Processor
There may be a time during your Humantitru subscription when you’d like to change or discontinue use with your payment processor. If this does happen there are a few things to know.
If you decide to switch processors while you are a Humanitru customer, any recurring donations set up through that processor will be canceled once the new processor is in place. It's a best practice to contact your recurring donors and let them know that they will have to set up a new recurring donation once your new payment processor is in place.
If you choose to leave Humantitru you will need to contact your payment processor directly for further instructions of how to close out your account with the processor. Humanitru does not manage your account with your payment processor and it's important to understand that relationship is entirely separate from your Humanitru account.
