Learn all about the Prospects feature of our Donor Insights suite and easily identify potential donors already in your database.
Prospects is a list of pre-set reports that allows you to easily find engaged constituents within your Alpine database who haven't yet donated to your organization (or haven't donated in a while).
The Prospects reports are split into eight different segments:

Former donors (24+ months without a donation) with a 25%+ email open rate and 1+ click in the past 6 months |

Former members with no active memberships with a 25%+ email open rate and 1+ click in the past 6 months |

Curious Non-Donors |
Non-donors with a 15%+ email open rate in the past 6 months |

Curious Non-Members |
Non-members with a 15%+ email open rate in the past 6 months |

Curious Lapsed Donors |
Former donors (24+ months without a donation) with a 10%+ email open rate in the past 6 months |

Curious Lapsed Members |
Former members with no active memberships with a 10%+ email open rate in the past 6 months |
These segments' criteria are fixed and cannot be changed at this time.
Clicking on the green "View [x] Constituents" button within each report will take you directly to the Constituents tab, where your constituents will be pre-filtered with that Prospect report's criteria.
Each report in the Prospects tab of Donor Insights will also list the top 10 constituents within that report as contact cards. Clicking on any contact card will take you directly to that constituent's profile in your Alpine database.
