Workflow for Updating a Customers Credit Card on File

Follow these steps when a customer sends in a support ticket asking what they need to do update their card on file. This will require you to send the customer an Alpine "fees" link - ie https://eea.humanitru.com/fees.

  1. In the Customers Alpine Database, navigate to the "Settings" Page.
  2. Update the "Pricing" field to to $0.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Next, update the "Language" field to "Card On File: 1% Humanitru Transaction Fee".
  5. Click Save.
  6. Finally, add the word “fees” to the end of the Customer's Alpine Access Link, and copy that URL to send to the customer so they can update their credit card on file.
