Understanding the Actions Module
Overview
The Actions module is the central hub for tracking all interactions, contributions, and engagements with your constituents. Whether it's a donation, a meeting, a volunteer commitment, or a simple note, the Actions module captures the complete history of your relationship with each individual or organization.
The Actions module provides:
- A unified view of all constituent interactions
- 13 different action types to capture diverse engagement
- Powerful filtering and search capabilities
- Real-time insights through the At a Glance panel
- Activity feeds for quick reference
- Export functionality for reporting and analysis

At a Glance Panel
Located at the top of the Actions module, the At a Glance panel displays key statistics including:
- Total number of actions recorded
- Recent activity summary
- Unverified actions count

Activity Feed
The main area displays a chronological feed of all actions. Each entry shows:
- Action type (with icon)
- Brief description of the action
- Date the action occurred
- Associated constituent or entity
- Verification status
Pro Tips
- Tip 1: Use the At a Glance panel to quickly identify data gaps. A high count of unverified actions may indicate a need for data quality review.
- Tip 2: Regularly use the activity feed to stay updated on constituent engagement without diving into individual records.
