When to advise Humanitru when to switch off Fraud Exemption
Since February 2024, Humanitru has begun implementing dynamic throttling and usage-based security measures designed to detect and mitigate attempted spam attacks on independently hosted landing pages. Below are the thresholds that are in place on our side.1 - 15+ declines in 3 minutes, the page will be temporarily disabled and then brought back up. If your page is shut down for an extended period you will get an email from us directly.
2 - Warning email if there are 10+ successful transactions in 10 minutes.
3 - Shutdown if 10+ successful transactions in 3 minutes.
4 - Daily shutdown emails
If you plan on having an event in which you are going to receive more transactions than usual, please notify "support@humanitru.com" to switch off "Fraud Exemption" so that your page does not shut down during your event.
