How to Use Filters in the Constituents Module

Filters allow you to narrow your constituent list to specific subsets based on various criteria. This guide explains all available filter options.

Part A: Filter Panel Overview

Accessing the Filter Panel

  1. Navigate to the Constituents module.
  2. The Filter panel is visible at the top of the screen.
  3. Click to expand the Filter dropdown menu options.
  4. You'll see the various filter categories available for use.

Part B: Applying Filters
  1. Select a filter for the report you wish to run.
  2. Adjust time range or RSVPs, donation amount, etc.
  3. View filtered results in the constituent list.
  4. Click Filter Constituents and see the list below.. You can also name and save your report.
