How to Search for a Constituent

The Search functionality in the Constituents module allows you to quickly locate constituent records by name, email, or phone number.

1. Navigate to the Constituents module from the main menu.
2. Locate the Search bar at the top of the constituent list view.
3. The Search bar accepts name, email address, or phone number inputs.

Searching for Constituents by Full Name

1. Click in the Search bar and enter the constituent's first and last name.
2. The system returns matching results in real-time as you type.
3. Click on any search result to open that constituent's full profile.

Using Partial Name Searches

• Search by first name only for faster results when you don't remember the last name
• Search by last name to find all constituents with the same family name
• Use partial spellings if you're unsure of exact spelling

• Pro Tip 1: Search is case-insensitive, so "john smith" returns the same results as "John Smith"
• Pro Tip 2: Clear the search box to return to the full constituent list
