# How to Export a Constituent List

Export constituent lists to CSV format for use in external applications or for data analysis.

**Part A: Preparing Your Export**

1. Navigate to the Constituents module.
2. Apply any filters to narrow the constituent list to only the records you want to export.
3. Locate the blue "Export" button at the top of the constituent list.
4. Click the "Export" button to automatically export all selected columns in a spreadsheet.

### **Available Fields for Export**

- Contact information: name, email, phone, address
- Organizational details (custom fields): company, title, department
- Donation summary: total giving, last gift date, last gift amount
