How to Configure Your Donation Revenue Chart Date Range

This article explains how to configure the date range on the Donation Revenue chart widget on your Humanitru Dashboard. The Donation Revenue chart displays a visual summary of your donation totals over a selected time period, helping you track fundraising trends at a glance.

After following this guide, you will be able to adjust the Donation Revenue chart to display data for the exact time frame you need, whether that is the current month, a fiscal year, or a custom date range.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Part A: Navigate to the Dashboard

Step 1. Log in to your Humanitru account. You will land on the Dashboard by default. If you are on another page, click “Dashboard” in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 2. Click on add Chart Widget and choose Donation Revenue from the dropdown menu.

Part B: Configure the Date Range

Step 3. Look for the date range selector on the Donation Revenue chart. This is typically located in the upper-right corner of the chart widget and may display the current date range (for example, “Past Calendar Month”).


Step 6. After selecting your date range, the Donation Revenue chart will automatically refresh to display donation data for the new time period. Review the updated chart to confirm it reflects the date range you selected.
