How to Apply a Tag to a Constituent

Tags help organize and categorize constituents. This guide shows how to apply tags to individual constituent records.

Part A: Opening a Constituent Profile
  1. Navigate to the Constituents module.
  2. Search for or locate the constituent you want to tag.
  3. Click on the constituent's name to open their profile.
  4. Locate the Tags section on the constituent profile.
Part B: Applying a Tag

Adding Tags to a Constituent

  1. In the Tags section of the profile, locate the "Applied Tag" button.
  2. Click the Tag button and a dropdown menu will appear.
  3. Search for or select the desired tag from the list.
  4. Click on the tag to apply it to the constituent.
  5. The tag now appears in the constituent's tag list.
