Handwrytten Integration - Available through Stewardship Automation

Handwrytten is available as a delivery option (up to 50 cards/day) within Stewardship Automation touchpoints. A touchpoint triggers off a single Action Type, Calculation, Comparison, and Threshold — so a card can go out automatically once a constituent's activity meets criteria you define.

A few ways to use it:

• Volunteer recognition — Volunteer Hours, Count At Least 10/25/50 → thank a volunteer for reaching that many logged sessions. (Note: hours can't be summed in Stewardship Automation, only counted as logged actions.)
• New donor welcome — Donations, First Occurrence After 0 Days → send a thank-you shortly after someone's first gift.
• Ongoing donor appreciation — Donations, Count At Least 3 (within a set date window) → recognize donors for multiple gifts.
• Membership milestones — Memberships, First Occurrence Before 5 Years → celebrate a long-time member's tenure.
• Event thank-you — RSVP/Ticket, First Occurrence After 0 Days → thank a first-time attendee shortly after their event.

Keep in mind: only one Action Type can drive a touchpoint (you can't combine "donates OR attends an event"), touchpoints are one-off rather than multi-step sequences, and turning one on only catches future qualifiers — not constituents who already met the criteria.
