We’re excited to introduce support for gifted memberships in our ACME Ticketing integration.
What’s New
Organizations can now track both:

The generosity of gift-givers, and
-
The membership engagement of recipients
— all directly within Alpine.
The Problem
Previously, when members purchased gift memberships through ACME, Alpine didn’t capture this engagement data.
This created several challenges:

🎁 Gift-givers weren’t recognized for their contributions in Alpine
-
👥 Recipient membership data was incomplete or missing
-
🧾 Manual workarounds were needed to track gifted memberships
As a result, organizations lost valuable insight into donor behavior and missed opportunities for accurate donor recognition and stewardship.
The Solution
The new integration update ensures that gifted memberships are automatically and accurately reflected in Alpine.
What’s Included

Gifted memberships from ACME now sync to Alpine as Donation Actions on the giver’s Constituent record, including historical data.

A $0 Membership Payment Action is created on the recipient’s Constituent record.
-
Alpine Campaigns for the membership type are automatically applied.
-
Gift details (giver name, giver email) are added to the Notes section of Alpine Actions.
What’s Not Included

Real-time syncing — this feature follows the existing nightly sync schedule.
