Connecting Fundraise Up to your Alpine Database

This article outlines the steps required to set up the Fundraise Up integration and connect it to your Alpine database.
 
Step 1: Create an API Key in Fundraise Up
 
After your organization has gone live with Fundraise Up, you will need to generate a dedicated API Key for Humanitru.
  1. Log in to Fundraise Up and navigate to Settings.
  2. Select API Keys.
  3. Click Create API Key.
  4. Name the Key: Enter the name “Humanitru.”
  5. Environment: Ensure the key is created for your “Live” environment.
  6. Permissions: Configure the key with the following required permissions:
    • Retrieve Donation Data
    • Retrieve Fundraiser Data
Step 2: Share the API Key and Sync DetailsOnce the API Key is created:
  1. Share the API key securely with your Humanitru Customer Success Manager.
  2. Provide your Customer Success Manager with the start date for when you would like Humanitru to begin syncing previous transactions into your Alpine database.
